For more than 15 years, The Chester County Hospital's Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine has successfully partnered with tens of thousands of patients seeking non-invasive pain relief from orthopedic and neurologic conditions, post- surgical procedures, or injuries. The Center provides customized treatment programs to guide patients on the safest path to rehabilitation, pain management and recovery. We offer one-on-one quality care with the same therapist.

At the Center, each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation and an individualized treatment program. Therapists consult regularly with each patient's physician about specific treatment plans and the progress of therapy. The treatment plan serves as a road map to recovery and as the foundation for continued progress. Through the use of state-of-the-art therapies and equipment -- including aquatics, evidence based therapy, Cybex machines, free weights, upper body cycles, stationary bikes, treadmills, parallel bars and balance equipment -- our patients are able to realize impressive results quickly. Patients are taught the proper therapeutic exercise techniques to aid in the rehabilitation process and learn how to "listen" to their bodies to prevent additional discomfort or re-injury. Toward the end of the rehabilitation process, patients are encouraged to develop a certain level of autonomy to serve as a guideline for their specific discharge program.
