Learning that you have diabetes can be overwhelming at first. There are many new things to learn about choosing and preparing foods. It can be difficult to know where to start.

Dining with Diabetes is a program offered by Penn State Cooperative Extension. It will help you to understand some of the most important things you need to know about how to manage your diabetes. Each class will include a recipe demonstration and tasting, lessons about healthy diabetes food choices, exercise, discussion, and handouts.

Program Fee:
$40/person or $55/family
Program is free to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
