Mindfulness is the art of practicing presence in our lives without judgement. From this place of greater awareness we develop the ability to respond in skillful ways to the demands of life with less frustration and reactivity. We invite you to take time out of your busy life to promote a more settled mind, pay attention to your experience with kindness and compassion and encourage a healing and empowering awareness of your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.

We invite you to attend our Information Session and sign up for our intensive 8-Week Class here at Chester County Hospital, taught by instructors from The Penn Program for Mindfulness.
