The program focuses on helping you make proper food and activity choices and uses evidence-based success strategies to help not only with weight loss, but more importantly, weight maintenance, while improving overall health. Program format is fun and interactive and includes two body fat assessments and a manual.
This 8-week program is preceded by a FREE introductory "Kick Off Your Weight Loss" class. You can register for both the free class AND the 8-week program...or just register for the introductory class and then decide whether you'll continue.
Some medical insurance plans reimburse participants of hospital-based weight management programs for the full amount of the program. Please check with your plan administrator to find out if your insurance has this benefit.
