During times of inclement weather, we will do our best to keep you aware of our closures and delays as decisions are made. In cases of inclement weather, visit our homepage. A red alert badge (see sample image below) will appear across the top of the page with a link to our list of closures and delays.

If you have an appointment scheduled with a physician, please call the office ahead of time to confirm they are running on a normal schedule.

Our Emergency Department and the hospital are open 24/7. In an emergency, call 911!


Wellness Class Inclement Weather and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

For Wellness Classes involving a fee, please note that payment is required upon registration. Credit cards are accepted over the phone and online to secure registration. Refunds are offered in full when requested at least five business days prior to the first class. If you are registered for a free program, we still ask that you inform us if you are unable to attend. To cancel, call 610.738.2300.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, please call the Wellness Program Class Cancellation Line at 610.738.2824. This number will confirm whether or not class will be held as well as plans to reschedule. The decision to cancel class is made at least two hours prior to the class start time.
