Start Here:
- Notify your employer as soon as possible. They may ask you to fill out injury report to start the process.
- Seek medical treatment immediately from a covered provider. Your employer will provide you with a list of providers and practices that are covered by your Workers' Compensation plan – review the list and set up an appointment.
