  • Established consignors may use our convenient Drop-Off Consigning program where NO APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED.
    • Monday: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
    • Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    • When using Drop-Off Consigning, we may not be able to review your items while you wait. Please make a note of any pricing concerns.
  • One-Time Registration Fee: $10 will be charged to your first check.
  • You may consign once every seven (7) days. The Encore operating begins on Friday and ends on Thursday.
  • Consignors may consign between 20 and 30 items depending on the season and the availability of space in the shop. A weekly email outlines the limits and restrictions for the following week.
  • Consignors must be able to transport their items to and from the shop. Staff or volunteers should not be counted on to assist. Hospital policy prohibits staff or volunteers to assist in carrying items.
  • Encore must be able to price items at more than $5.
  • Checks are printed the first week of each month for items that sold the previous month. You will receive a detailed summary of items sold. Checks may be picked up at the Shop. Checks are held for 60 days and then will be mailed. 
  • Checks are not issued for amounts less than $20. You may use the balance to shop with or you may consign additional items that when sold, will increase the balance due.
  • There is a $35 fee to reissue any check. Encore is not responsible for any USPS delivery delays or issues.
