- August 13, 2020 -- Heart Failure Workshop: Join in this extended workshop to hear Chester County Hospital physician experts discuss how the following conditions can intersect or collide with heart failure: diabetes, structural heart disease and COVID-19. - September 10, 2020 -- Staying Active With Heart Failure: A variety of exercise options, available to help you stay active and will be presented by those who run the programs. The spectrum runs from a structured cardiac rehabilitation program, for which you must medically qualify and is often covered by insurance, through a stroll in the county park.
