Survivorship "Next Steps" is a free 1.5 hour, four-week workshop designed to help Cancer Survivors make the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Expert panelists include clinicians, nutritionists, and fitness experts. Survivorship "Next Steps" will answer many of your questions about cancer survivorship and post-cancer treatment. 

Note: Participants must have completed active treatment within the last two (2) years.

Dates: Four consecutive Mondays; October 11 - November 1, 2021

Time: 5:30PM - 7:00PM

  • OCT 18 - Healthy Nutrition for the Cancer Survivor
  • OCT 25 - Medical Management: Taking Control of Your Care
  • NOV 1 - Emotional Health & Well-Being: Caring for Body, Mind & Spirit; Create Your New Normal


  • In Person: Meet at The Abraamson Cancer Center at Chester County Hospital, 440 East Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380. Masks required. Limited seating. Social distancing. Please bring bagged dinner.
